Congratulations to Security Officer’s Joydeep and Akshay at World Trade Centre, who were recently awarded a commendation for their efforts during a serious First Aid incident. Joydeep and Akshay attended an incident where a patron had become unconscious, they immediately performed CPR and contacted emergency services who gave them instructions over the phone. The patron was revived, and the Ambulance Officers stated that the patron would have died had our team members not been there to administer First Aid. We are exceptionally proud of Joydeep and Akshay and thank them for their outstanding efforts during this emergency situation. Well done!
