Securecorp is committed to ensuring that all employees feel supported in the workplace at all times. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a strictly confidential, free, impartial and voluntary resource.

Accessible 24/7 it assists employees and their immediate family members, in addressing issues relating to stress, productivity, health and morale. Available for both personal and work-related matters the service operates on a self-referral basis and staff are not required to discuss their participation with this service with their manager or any other member of staff in order to initially access this service.

Through participation in the Employee Assistance Program we aim to improve the health and wellbeing of our staff and their families.
